Yep, I am Still Here...kinda...

I feel the need to blog. I wouldn't want to disappoint those that still actually read this site...

Things I have done of late:
1) Was a fill-in date at a wedding where I didn't know the bride or groom, or for that matter, my "date" either. I was hand selected by a sorority sister to join her, her husband and their date-less friend to a wedding, not because of my conversating skills, but because I was apparently quite entertaining at the last wedding we attended. Not really sure if that is a good thing or a bad thing.

Perhaps the highlight of the evening was telling everyone and their brother at the reception that "date" and I had met at a deposition regarding an environmental contamination that caused a woman to have miscarriages. Don't ask how we came up with the idea, the only thing I will say is that it was actually hatched during church and I am pretty sure that the guests sitting in front of us thought that we were total wedding crashers. Ooops.

Cause seriously, who wanted to hear that I didn't even know what "date" looked like prior to being picked up for the wedding? Needless to say, I actually did have a fun time with my "date," sorority sister and husband in tow.

2) Participated in Girls Weekend, Part I with Katie and KV in Chicago. We celebrated the only way we know how, rockstar style.

Friday found us each with our own pitcher of sangria at Emilios and getting kicked out of Ravens because of some stooopid girl who was being snotty. Seriously, I swear we did not pick a fight!

Saturday marked my first Cubbies game of the season...too bad they lost in typical fashion, at the last minute. We had fun though with our Barcardi and Diets and spent the rest of the day running up and down Clark and going into each and every bar in Wrigleyville. Then I am pretty sure that we dance for like 10 hours. We also managed to abuse every single boy who crossed our path/was acting like an idiot trying to get our attention. Whatever, they liked it and came back for more!

3) The Legend, Part II with Sugar, Sneako, Max, TR, Concert Josh, Jessica and Jose...a whole lotta drinking, dim lights, playing with scary robotic fortune machines that Sneako bought on Ebay, Hollywood Prada shades, and a Britney dance party to annoy the stooopid boys who were watching TV/reminisce about the good old Girl Band days. There might have been some sleeping tossed in there at some point, but I am really not sure. I think I still might be recovering from it.

4) I totally bedazzled my new phone and it is WAAAAAAY more fabulous than the last one.

5) Miss Stef came all the way from NY to visit her pals in Madison. She happened to also have brought me the most fan-freakin-tastic pair of sunglasses just cause she loves me dearly. I seriously heart her forever.

6) Darling Klabanoff turned 27. We partied it up at The Dane and I ran into my little brother at the bar. It was strange to actually see him legally in a bar. Ugg, my baby brother has been able to legally drink for a year. Ugg.

Re-reading this list, I see that I have an ADHD brain today and obviously did not put any of these events in order. Oh well, that's all you're getting folks!

Pics to come, I promise...

Bad Boys, Bad Boys....

Hmmm, should this be cause for concern? A police officer, holding a massive gun, was staked out in my apartment complex's parking lot. WTF, when did the "Gold Coast of Madison" start needing the SWAT team?
